When working offline Windows 7 Pro machines will occasionally receive the error "there are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request"
By default Windows 7 login is in the format user@domain
Have the user switch user , select other user and them login as domain\user
This worked for me

In Windows 7 & Windows 8 , all your printers have gone. If you have a local
printer that printer is listed as an Unspecified device.
I solved it the following way.
I found that the print spooler service had stopped. If I restarted the
service but it stopped again.
I went to "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" & deleted all the files in
there.
I then started the print spooler service & it remained started.
Went to device & printers and all my printers had come back again & the local
printer was no longer an Unspecified device.

You cannot reset the password , or atleast I do not know how. This solution makes Windows forget the server , & thereby allows you to reenter the credentials
The solution requires you to edit the registry. Proceed at your own risk.
Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FTP\Accounts
Expand Accounts.
Delete the key for the server in question.
